HRIS Consultant – HR Digital Transformation
At Resolution Project, we support companies – from startups to multinational groups – in the digital transformation of their HR processes. We are looking for a passionate and proactive HRIS Consultant to join our growing team.
As the first HRIS Consultant in the company, you will report directly to the founder (a former co-founder of a now thriving HR tech startup) and play a key role in structuring and developing our service offering. Acting as the founder’s right-hand person, you will manage strategic client projects with a long-term vision: supporting the company’s growth and gradually taking on a central role in expertise and project management, allowing the founder to focus entirely on business development.
You will work on leading solutions such as Javelo, Recruitee, LaPosteDigitale, PeopleSpheres, Cornerstone On Demand, and eDays, tailoring these tools to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will operate in a hybrid work environment, with an office based in Paris (location to be chosen together) and a work rhythm of 1 to 2 days per week on-site to collaborate effectively and drive concrete projects forward.
Your Responsibilities
🔹 Deploy and optimize HRIS solutions. Design, configure, and test systems to ensure their performance and alignment with client needs.
🔹 Understand and structure HR requirements. Anticipate the impact of decisions across the HRIS ecosystem and propose tailored solutions.
🔹 Train and support users. Facilitate knowledge transfer through training sessions and high-quality post-implementation support.
🔹 Be proactive and contribute to strategy. Identify improvement opportunities and help refine internal methodologies while working closely with the founder.
🔹 Work in an international environment. You will support both French-speaking and English-speaking clients, requiring strong written and spoken English skills.
